STERLING- Blanche M. Stouffer, 91, of Sterling, died Monday January 26, 2009 at Rockford Memorial Hospital.
Blanche M. Stouffer was born March 14, 1917 in Glen Elder, Kansas, the daughter of George and Katie Friesen. She married Harry Stouffer on June 21, 1946.
Mrs. Stouffer is survived by her husband Harry; two daughters Marcy (Mark) Stouffer of Loves Park, and Gail (Bob) Nevalainen of Kabetogama, MN; two sons Kenneth (Sophie) Stouffer of Chicago, and Keith (Kathy) Stouffer of Sterling; Seven Grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Leslie Friesen, and Max Friesen; and one sister Helen Sedig.
Funeral Services will be Friday January 30th, 2009 at Schilling Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling. Visitation will be Thursday, January 29th from 6-8 P.M. at Schilling Funeral Home.
A memorial has been established.
