Arlene E. Miller, 87, died Saturday, September 17, 2016 at CGH Medical Center. Arlene was born July 7, 1929 in Sterling, the daughter of Edward and Johanna (Dirks) Neitzke. She married Robert E. Miller on December 24, 1950 in Sterling.
Arlene was a member of New Life Lutheran Church in Sterling.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; one son, Douglas E. (JoLynn) Miller of Hewitt, WS; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one son, Larry Robert Miller; two sisters, Aletha Kaufman and Loretta Hippen; and two brothers, Edward Neitzke and Alvin Neitzke.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday at Schilling Funeral Home with Reverend Phil Gronbach officiating. Visitation will be at 10 AM until the time of service. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park.
A memorial has been established.
