DAVID A. STOLZOFF

 

STERLING-David A. Stolzoff, 67, of Sterling, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at his home. He was a self-employed electrician and owned and operated rental property for many years.

     David was born June 29, 1950 in Sterling the son of Donald E. and Veronica Lois (Eberhardt) Stolzoff. He married Angela Lew on July 31, 1982 in Sterling. He was a graduate of Sauk Valley Community College and Illinois Wesleyan College. He enjoyed traveling, theatre and gardening, especially his raspberries.

     Survivors include his wife, Angela of Sterling; daughter, Michelle Stolzoff of Boston, MA; two sisters, Theresa (Steve) Helm of Homewood and Rona Stolzoff of Sterling; two brothers, Donald (Barbara) Stolzoff of Marietta, GA and Steven (Denise) Stolzoff of Racine, WI; seven nieces and nephews and five great-nieces and nephew.

     He was preceded in death by his parents, and two nieces Kristin Helm and Tara Stolzoff.

     Memorial service will be held at 12 Noon Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the Schilling Funeral Home and Cremation, Sterling. Visitation will be from 11AM – 12 Noon Tuesday, prior to services at the funeral home. Cremation rites have been accorded.

    A memorial has been established.
