JESSE GEORGE MORENO

 

NAPLES FL-Jesse George Moreno, 68, of Naples, FL, formerly of Sterling, died, Friday, August 18, 2017 at Avow Hospice, Naples, FL.    

    Jesse was born June 6, 1949, the son of Joseph and Luisa Moreno. He married Debbie Sammons on December 6, 1992. Jesse moved down to Florida in the late eighties.

    Survivors include his wife, Debbie of Naples; three girls, Monica Martin of Sterling and Tonya Luisa Moreno and Leia Card, both of New Hampshire; two grandchildren, Jordyn Martin and Xavier Davila; three sisters, Mary Reyes and Rita Moreno, both of Rock Falls and Eva Moreno of Rockford; three brothers, Ruben Moreno and Art Moreno, both of Sterling and Paul Moreno of Rock Falls.

    He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Joe Moreno of Las Vegas and Carlos Urrutia of Rock Falls.

    Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation, Sterling with the Reverend Jeff Coester of the Big Red Church, Sterling. Full military rites will follow the service at the funeral home. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded.

     A memorial has been established.
