STERLING-Barbara O’Brien, 71, died Friday May 31, 2019 at Northwestern Central DuPage Hospital. Barbara was born October 30, 1947 the daughter of Carl and Betty (Temple) Stutzke Jr. Survivors include her mother Betty Stutzke of Sterling; two sons John (Nancy) O’Brien of Vernon Hills, and Tim O’Brien of Sterling; one daughter Meg (Glenn) Huber of New Lenox; a brother David (Rhonda) Stutzke of Sterling; a sister Ann (David) Jamison of Sterling; three grandchildren Corinne O’Brien, Jack O’Brien, and Sarah Huber. Barbara was preceded in death by her father Carl Stutzke Jr. Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation, Sterling. Visitation will be from 9AM-11AM prior to the funeral, with graveside services to follow at Oak Knoll Memorial Park. A memorial has been established.
