DOLORES JANE TURNER STERLING- Dolores Jane Turner, 68, died Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at CGH Medical Center. Dolores was born October 27, 1940, the daughter of William Arthur and Helen Rose (Adkins) Edwards. She married Jerry William Turner on July 12, 1958 in Clinton, IA. He survives. Survivors also include her mother, Helen Rose Cox; one son Gerald William Turner of Oregon; one daughter, Lynn Marie Turner-Burrows of Sterling; one brother Gene William Edwards of San Rafael, CA; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday, January 19, 2009 at the Schilling Funeral Home, Sterling with Dalmus Meeks, officiating. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1-3 PM Sunday and from 10-11 AM Monday, at the funeral home. A memorial has been established.
