ELEANOR A. SEIDEL ROCK FALLS- Eleanor A. Seidel, 80, of Rock Falls, died Friday, February 10, 2017 at her home. Eleanor was born November 18, 1936 in Morrison, the daughter of John and Kate (Ottens) Decker. She married Charles Seidel on February 14, 1953 in Rock Falls. Survivors include her husband, Charles of Rock Falls; one daughter Kathy (Dennis) Celletti of Springfield; one brother, Richard (Bonnie) Decker of Rock Falls; one grandson Jason (Tracy) Celletti of Springfield; one great-granddaughter, Milana Celletti; one step great-granddaughter, Brooke Hadley and one step great-grandson, Clayton Hadley. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Duane and Phil Decker. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Schilling Funeral Home and Cremation, Sterling with Reverend Gary Dekoekkoek officiating. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park, Sterling. Visitation will be from 9:00 –10:15 AM Wednesday, prior to services at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to Bowes Homecare.
