Francis Williams

STERLING- Francis E. Williams, Jr, 83, died Monday, June 9, 2014 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling. He was employed and from Sauk Valley Community College. Mr. Williams was born March 24, 1931 to Francis and Anna (Manelis) Williams Sr, in Detroit Michigan. He served in the United States Navy. Francis married Jeannine M. Schwitters on September 8, 1951 in Niles Michigan. She preceded him in death on June 19, 2012. Survivors include one daughter, Adele (Larry) Schettler, of Sterling. He was preceded in death by one brother, Edward Williams. Visitation will be held Friday, June 13, 2014 from 10am to 11am at Schilling Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11am at the funeral home. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Sterling. A memorial has been established to Self Help. Condolences may be sent to schillingfuneralhome.com.
