Lulu Cook

Lulu Belle Cook, 91, died, Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Heritage Woods. Lulu Belle was born April 24, 1926 in Paris, MO, the daughter of Wade and Ione (Walkup) Reynolds. She married Lloyd Cook on December 7, 1945 in Carrollton. He preceded her in death on September 27, 1988. Survivors include one daughter, Linda (Mike) Love of Sterling; two sons, Newell (Kandra) Cook and Kevin (Tricia) Cook, both of Sterling; one brother, Herman Reynolds of St. George, Utah; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd; one son, Terry Cook; one grandson. Michael Love Jr.,two brothers; seven sisters and one half-sister. Funeral Services will be at 6PM Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the Schilling Funeral Home and Cremation, Sterling, with Dalmus Meeks, officiating. Visitation will from 4-5:45 PM Wednesday, prior to services. Graveside services will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Oak Grove Cemetery, Jerseyville. A memorial has been established.
