Mabel Miley

MABEL E. MILEY STERLING -Mabel E. Miley 94, of Sterling, died, Friday, September 4, 2015 at CGH Medical Center. Mabel was born October 30, 1920 in Dixon, the daughter of Frank and Naomi (Denison) Stultz. She was employed by State Farm Insurance Company for 20 years. On December 13, 1947 she married Dr. James M. Miley, he preceded her in death on January 21, 2000. Survivors include one sister, Frances Van Oosten of Sterling; one brother, Frank Stultz of Carson City, NV: one step-daughter, Judi Freed of Delaware, OH; one step-son, James Miley, Jr. of Albany, IN: five step-grandchildren: one step-great-granddaughter and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Lucille Gebhardt and a brother Hubert Stultz. There will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial at a later date will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Dixon. A memorial has been established to Parkway Center, Sterling. Condolences may be sent to www.schillingfuneralhome.com.
