MARILYN JANE MCNINCH STERLING-Marilyn Jane McNinch, 87, died Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Parkway Center, Sterling. Marilyn was born January 13, 1926 in Princeton. The daughter of Harold Raymond and Mildred Elsie (Johnson) Yingling. She married William McNinch on March 14, 1945. He preceded her in death on December 25, 1979. Survivors include two sons, Tim (Mary) McNinch of Sterling and Mike McNinch of Lake Forest, CA; seven grandchildren, Robert (Jane) Steadman of Sydney, Australia, Chris (Kim) McNinch of Lake Forest; Rebecca (Sean) Ryan of Sterling, Rich McNinch of Sterling; Amanda (Kyle) Happ of DesMoines, IA, Wendy Shanks of CA, and Darrell Rowe of CO; eleven great-grandchildren, Heather Simmons, Hailey and Tia McNinch, Zoe, Cecelia, Finley, and Sage Ryan, Rand and Dexter Happ, and Jala, Jacob Shanks; and several nieces and nephews. Prayer services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, November 29, 2013 at the Schilling Funeral Home, Sterling. Burial will follow at Oak Knoll Memorial Park, Sterling, with the Reverend Christina Berry, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Sterling, officiating. Visitation will be from 4-6 PM Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at the Schilling Funeral Home, Sterling. A memorial has been established. Condolences may be sent to www.schillingfuneralhome.com.
