Tina Swanson

Tina M. Swanson, 56, of Sterling passed away April 30, 2022 at home peacefully in her sleep. Tina was born October 19, 1965 in Clinton the daughter of Butch and Lois (Sharp) Snodgrass. She married Eric Swanson on October 5, 2001 in Sterling. Tina was employed by Wahl Clipper for 15 years.

Tina loved to collect angels, and enjoyed going on rides with her step-father on his Harley. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Eric; Mother Lois (John) Sharp of Dixon; three sons Josh Bertolozzi of Polo, Jacob Bertolozzi of Ashton, and Conan Swanson of Sterling; two daughters Kayla Swanson of East Moline, and Natalie (Jacob) Hendricks of Milledgeville; one brother Tom Snodgrass of Cape Coral FL; nephew Brandon Snodgrass; 15 grandchildren; and her fur baby "Blue".

She was preceded in death by her father John "Butch" Snodgrass; one son Daniel Bertolozzi.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a celebration of life will be from 5PM-7PM Friday May 6, 2022 at Schilling Funeral Home and Cremation, Sterling.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
