Lucille A. Wolber Mount Morris - Lucille A. Wolber, 92, formerly of Sterling, died Friday, October 21, 2011 at Pinecrest Manor in Mt. Morris. Lucille was born July 23, 1919 in Sterling, the daughter of Roy and Ola Buhrow. She married Frank Wolber on June 15, 1946 in Berwyn. He preceded her in death on October 2, 1983. She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Jordan. Survivors include one daughter, Sharel (Russ Burnett) Wolber, of Polo; one son, Roy (Teresa) Wolber, of Polo; one son-in-law, Bill Moran; two sisters, Leora (Herman) Beveroth and Linda (Myron) Deets, both of Sterling; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Sara Moran. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Jordan with Reverend Kathleen Burkheimer, officiating. Burial will be at Maple Ridge Cemetery, Sterling. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 am, Tuesday, prior to services at the Church. A memorial has been established.
