Obituary of Gabrielle Smith

STERLING- Gabrielle Rochelle Smith, 42, of Sterling IL died at her home July 7, 2021. Gabrielle was born January 19, 1979 in Waukegan IL to Linda and Charles Smith. Gabrielle attended Self Help Enterprises. She loved music and dancing in front of the TV and the music channels. She also loved going for rides. Gabrielle was a very special person who was loved by many. Gabrielle is survived by her mother Linda K. Barber and step-father John Barber; her brothers Charles Evan (Amy) Smith and Jonathan L. (Nazret) Smith and four nieces Radelyn, Faven, Mareana, and Delena Smith and a nephew Mason Smith. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Billie and Ruth (Kenneth) Zemke and Bobby Joe Flye, her paternal grandparents Marie and Charles Smith. A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
