Obituary of Lorraine Kunde

Lorraine R. Kunde Born: February 26,1935 in rural Milledgeville, Illinois Died: January 29, 2023, in Crystal City Missouri.

   Lorraine Kunde, 87, (formerly of Sterling, Il.) passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 29, 2023, with family by her side, at Crystal Oaks Skilled Care in Crystal City, Mo. Lorraine was born on February 26, 1935, in rural Milledgeville, Il., the daughter of Harry and Ruth (Woessner) Burmeister. She married William W. Kunde on August 7, 1959, at Messiah Ev. Lutheran Church in Sterling. He preceded her in death on December 12, 2020.

   Survivors include her brother Russell (Laurie) Burmeister of Venice, Fl., several nieces, and nephews. 

   She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William; two brothers Laverne Burmeister and Lawrence Burmeister. 

Graveside services will be 11:00 am. Friday, February 10, 2023 at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling.
