WILLIAM R. "RICHARD" EDWARDS
ROCK FALLS - William R. Edwards, 64, formerly of Elkton, KY, died Friday, December 2, 2011 at CGH Medical Center.
He was an overland truck driver.
William was born May 29, 1947 in Hopinsville, KY, the son of William and Edna Irene (Stokes) Edwards.
Survivors include four daughters, twins, Rebecka (Jamey) Ditsworth and Rachel (James) Sharp, both of Rock Falls, Patricia (Kevin) Dukes of Elkton, KY, and Stacey (Allen) Adams of Sterling; two sisters, Deloris Stanfield and Donna Wheeland, both of Hopinsville, KY; one brother, Thomas (Judy) Edwards, of Elkton, KY; three special friends, Connie (Joe) Lugo of Sterling, Kimberly Bushman of FL, and Elizabeth Edwards of Rock Falls; and eleven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter.
There will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded.
