Obituary of Doris Morris

STERLING- Doris J. Morris, 88, of Sterling, died Monday, May 26, 2014. Mrs. Morris was born February 24, 1926, in Sterling, to Roy M. and Bessie E. (Baker) Bivins. She married Harold A. Morris on January 15, 1944, in Tennessee. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Debrah E. Camastro, of Sterling, and Susan (Robert) Fischer, of Rockford; two sons, Donald (Brenda) Morris, of Lake Havasu City, AZ, and Rodney (Pam) Morris, of Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Sue McNinch, of East Moline; one brother, Stanley (JoAnn) Bivins, of Marion; eight grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren; and three great, great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Robert E. Morris in 1968; one sister, Marian Smith; and two brothers, Bernie and Evan Bivins. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
