Obituary of Gregory Schutt

GREGORY L. SCHUTT LAWRENCEVILLE, GA �" Gregory L. Schutt, 30, formerly of Sterling, died Saturday, July 25, 2009, in Lawrenceville, GA. He was employed by Falcon Village Animal Hospital in Suwanee, GA. Mr. Schutt was born August 26, 1978 in Morrison, the son of Larry R. and Betty L. (Jones) Schutt. He married Ashley S. Rompf on June 5, 2000 in Rock Falls. Survivors also include his mother, Betty Schutt and step-father, Roger Cruse, of Sterling; a step-sister, Mary Tina (Russell) McCarver, of Mendota; a brother, Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Schutt, of Waukee, IA; and maternal grandparents, Howard and Dorothy Jones, of Rock Falls and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and paternal grandparents. Memorial services will be held at 3 P.M., on Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at Schilling Funeral Home, Sterling, with Pastor Jeff McIlrath officiating. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5-7 P.M., Monday, August 3, 2009 at the Funeral Home. A memorial has been established.
