Obituary of Nina Miller

NINA I. MILLER STERLING - Mrs. Nina I. Miller, 89, died Sunday, June 06, 2010 at Sterling Pavilion. Nina Miller was a beautician for 30 years, owning Nina's Beauty Shop. Nina Miller was born December 19, 1920 in Beloit, KS, the daughter of Frank and Florence Thompson Wiens. She married Mahlon Miller on June 6, 1965 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on February 14, 2005. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sterling. She is survived by her sister, Carol (Donald Lee) Sisson of Sterling; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Helen Robello; and five brothers, Owen, Guy, Loren, Junior, and Hallie Wiens. Funeral services will be 10 AM Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Schilling Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5-7 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home. A memorial has been established to the New Life Lutheran Church.
