HUETTA RATLIFF CHADWICK- Huetta Ratliff, 86, died, Friday, September 10, 2010 at Heritage Woods, Sterling. Huetta was born May 1, 1924 in Paragold, Ark, the daughter of William P. and Mary E. (Green) Wood. She married James "Clovis" Ratliff of May 5, 1945 in Jonesboro, Ark. He preceded her in death on November 17, 2005. She was a member of Community Baptist Church, Milledgeville. Survivors include one daughter, Beverly (Marion) Zemke of Milledgeville; two sons, Larry Ratliff of Huston, TX and Terry (Marcia) Ratliff of Sterling; one sister Bonnie (L.L.) Bennett of Jonesboro, Ark; two brothers, Wayne W. Wood of Jonesboro, Ark and R. H. "Hamp (Pat) Wood of Waldenburg, Ark four grandchildren, Jeri Zemke, Mike (Carrie) Zemke, Jason (Jennifer) Ratliff and Traci (Mark Shaw) Ratliff and two great grandchildren, Breck Kennedy and Solei Huetta Zemke. She was also preceded in death by three brothers Gilmore, Willard and Leslie and four half-sisters, Ruth, Myrtle, Ethel and Tomazine. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Community Baptist Church, Milledgeville, with Pastor Kregg Farmer officiating. Burial will be at Bethel Cemetery, Milledgeville. Visitation will be held from 5-7PM Monday at the church. A memorial has been established.
