WESTFALL ROCK FALLS - Theodora "Teddy" S. Westfall, 89, died Thursday, October 21, 2010 at her home. She was a volunteer foster grandparent for the Headstart Program. Teddy was born September 14, 1921 in Polo, the daughter of George and Elizabeth (Becker) Brooks. She married Arthur Westfall on June 6, 1942 in Dixon. He preceded her in death on December 3, 1983. She was a member of the Evangelical Congregational Church in Rock Falls. Survivors include two sons, David (Connie) Westfall and Doug Westfall, both of Rock Falls; one sister, Gene Bell, of Dixon; one brother, William Brooks, of Indianapolis, IN; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 25, 2010 at Schilling Funeral Home, Sterling with Reverend Dennis Buss of Evangelical Congregational Church, officiating. Burial will be at Prairieville Cemetery, Prairieville. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM, Sunday, October 24, 2010, at the Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to www.schillingfuneralhome.com.
