Obituary of Jerry Little

JERRY LITTLE STERLING - Jerry Little, 69, died Friday, May 27, 2011 at his home. He was employed as a pipefitter for Northwestern Steel & Wire for 29 years. Jerry was born June 25, 1941 in Joiner, AR, the son of Thomas Oakley and Annie (Eatmon) Little. He married Susan M. Manon on May 14, 1966 in Sterling. Jerry served in the Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Susan; one son, Scott (Megan) Little, of Sterling; one sister, Alma Jean (Floyd) Dickerson, of Paris, TN; one brother, Bobbie (Tina) Little, of Belleville; one sister-in-law, Sandy Little, of Sterling; and one grandson. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Terry Little, in infancy, three sisters, Ophelia Little, in infancy, Mary Lee Floyd and Peggy Sanford, and one brother, Thomas Little. Services will be held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Schilling Funeral Home, Sterling with Reverend Roger Carlson of Berean Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1-3 PM, Monday, May 30, 2011 at the Funeral Home. A memorial has been established.
