Obituary of Kristin Weinrich

KRISTIN LYNN WEINRICH STERLING- Kristin Lynn Weinrich, 62, died Saturday May 12, 2012 at Trinity West Regional Health System, Rock Island Campus, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Kris was employed by Sterling Dental Group. Kris was born March 19, 1950 in Sterling the daughter of William and Joyce (Carter) Welch. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Sterling. She married Todd Weinrich on August 30, 1986. Survivors include her husband Todd; one son, Mathew McClelland of Dixon; her mother Joyce Welch of Sterling; four sisters Randee (John) Malmberg of Rockford, Lori (Kevin) Jackson of Naperville, Lisa (Mark) Friederich, of Wildwood, MO and Jennifer (Craig) Wilkens of Rockford; one brother Jon (Linda) Welch of Rockford; nieces and nephews William (Lisa) Draugelis, Molly Jackson, Amanda (Tyler) Luellen, Danica Friederich, David Friederich, Caitlin Welch, Colin Welch. She was preceded in death by her father William "Bill" Welch; and one nephew Jacob Friederich Funeral services will be 12 PM Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Schilling Funeral Home, with the Reverend Mark Oehlert pastor of St. Johns Lutheran Church officiating. Visitation will be prior to the funeral services from 10:30AM-12PM burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Sterling.
