Obituary of Mel LeRette

DIXON-

  Melody “Mel” Ann LeRette, 65, of Dixon died January 19, 2019 at University of Wisconsin in Madison WI.  Melody was born November 29, 1953 in Dixon the daughter of Herman and Hazel (Amlong) Madison Sr.. She married David LeRette on November 17, 1996 in Dixon. He preceded her in death on November 7, 2017.

  Survivors include two sons Steve (Jeanna) Ehrler of Dixon, and Toby (Kristi) Ehrler of Aurora CO; her boyfriend Charles Prince of Maryville TN; one brother Herman Madison Jr. of Dixon; two sisters Teresa (Tracey) Frederick of Maryville TN, and Penny (Larry) Watson of Dixon; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

  She was also preceded in death by her parents and one Niece Amber Sheridan.

  Celebration of life will be 4PM-6PM Wednesday January 23, 2019 at Rivers Edge in Dixon. Arrangements have been completed with Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation, Sterling.

  A memorial has been established.
