Obituary of Betty Dahlgren

STERLING - Betty  Dahlgren, 94, died Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at her home.  She was a graduate of the first RN program at Sauk Valley Community College, and was employed as a RN for CGH during the late 70s.

    Betty was born September 29, 1924 in, Oak Park, the daughter of  William and Florence (Hill) Neese. She married Earl Dahlgren. He preceded her in death.     

    Survivors include Five Daughters, Bonnie (Jim) Hussung of Hardy, AK, Diane (Greg) Cox of Hardy, AK, Anne  Johnson of Sterling, Sherry Staranko of Sterling and Merri Beth Cox of Sterling; multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

  A celebration of her life will be held in the summer of 2019.
