Obituary of Alice Valente

STERLING- Alice T. Valente, 94, died,Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Citadel Care of Sterling.

    Alice was born October 11, 1924 in Sterling, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Salinas) Valente. Alice was a lifelong member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Sterling

    Family Members include, several nieces and nephews, Robert (Fuf) Sandoval of Chicago, Patty (Manuel) Rosas of Coleta, Louis M. Valente of Rock Falls, Rosemary (Mike)  Murphy of CA, Rita Valente, Molly Valente, LeAnn (Tom) Lendman of AZ, Charles Villereal Villalobos. SIster Jan Marie, Peter Villalobos and Vicky Villalobos one sister, Helen and sister-in-law, Joan Valente of Rock Falls.

    She was preceded in death by her parents.

    Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10;30 AM Thursday, March 7, 2019 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Sterling with Reverend Jorge Bravo, officiating. There will be no visitation. Cremation rites will be accorded. Burial will be private.

    Memorial may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, Sterling.
