Obituary of Anne E. Anderson

   Anne E. Anderson, 93, of Sterling died Thursday July 13, 2023 at Citadel of Sterling.  Anne was born April 15, 1930 in Sterling the daughter of Harry and Freida (Meiners) Siemers.  She married Richard Anderson on February 11, 1949. He preceded her in death on May 20,1982.

   Anne enjoyed traveling, spending time with family and was a member of the Red Hat Society. Anne was a role model for other women in business during the 1950's.

   Survivors include two sons Steve (Gail) Anderson of Sterling, and Brian (Lisa) Anderson of Sterling; ten grandchildren Jason (Melisa) Anderson, Cheri (Jeremy) Todd, Tom (Megan) Anderson, Katie (Adam) Wilcox, Kaci Linton, Ellyn (Rob) Horn, Leah (Stanley) Anderson, Mallory (Logan) Dewald, Sara (Joe Leesman) Anderson, and Robert Anderson; and several great-grandchildren.

   Anne was also preceded in death by her parents.

   Graveside services will be 11AM Tuesday July 18, 2023 at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling.
